Foxes Dale

An excellent example of Eric Lyons’ T2 design built by ‘Span’ in 1958, set well back from the slightly elevated pavement by the deep front lawn. The house also benefits from much wider gardens, both front and rear, being an unusual semi-detached Span house with wide sideway.
